Born and raised in San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Belize. At an early age I was introduced to the real estate industry by my father who has more than 27 years of the industry’s experience.
I have spent time living and schooling in the United States and later came back home to my beautiful Belize!
After a few years on the island of San Pedro, it was time for a change and later I decided that Corozal was to be my second home. I have two lovely children, Baldemar Graniel Jr and Brisa Cathalea Graniel.
I have earned real-life experience in customer service, sales, marketing and property management. Coupled with the love for real estate and the idea of interior design in my hometown and new home in Corozal, I am very excited to help Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants accomplish their new homeownership experience in Belize!
